At iThrive Properties, our mission is deeply personal. We come from a long line of everyday heroes — veterans, nurses, teachers, and first responders — who each faced the uphill battle of affording a home despite their essential roles in our communities.

Our father, a Navy veteran of over 20 years, and our mother, sister, and cousins who served as nurses, all struggled to find affordable housing in the neighborhoods they faithfully served. We’ve seen the same story repeat with close friends in law enforcement and fire departments. Most recently, our daughter — a newly graduated 4th grade teacher with a Master's in Education from TCU — inspired us once more as we watched her face the reality of homeownership on a teacher's salary.

With a family passion for real estate and interior design, we founded iThrive Properties to create real change. We don’t just renovate houses — we restore them with purpose, then offer them to people with purpose. Our lease-to-own model is designed to make homeownership attainable for the very people who serve and uplift our communities.
